The Protestant Consultation on Israel and the Middle East (PCIME) was founded in Jerusalem in November 2012 by Protestants from churches in North America, Africa, the United Kingdom, Scandinavia and Central Europe. Many of them meeting for the first time, they all had the same story to tell: the policies of their churches were dominated by the Israel-Palestinian issue to the neglect of widespread persecution of Christians around the globe. This website and its related social media pages invite other Protestants to join them in redressing the balance.
Christians in all other churches are also welcome guests. Our meeting in Jerusalem included Catholic and Orthodox guests; some of them signed our Jerusalem Declaration in solidarity with its aims.
